How does personalisation work?

When you pick the frame you’d like to buy, before you click “Add to Cart” the will be an option to add the names or dates or a message to be included on your frame.

Do you deliver outside of ireland?

At the moment we don’t support international delivery but exceptions can be made. Just send me an email stating where you want it delivered and we can discuss the matter further.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

At the moment we can only deliver to one address, if you want to deliver to multiple addresses you will have to put in separate orders. We are looking to improve this service to enable you to do that.

Do I need an account to check out?

We don’t require you to have an account to be able to buy our products. Although if you’re a frequent buyer then we suggest you create an account to speed up your buying process.

Can I return bought items?

Unfortunately we don’t allow returns due to the personalisation. If your item arrives damaged by post, please send me an email and we can discuss the matter further.

How do I pay for my product?

Once you choose the product you like, you click on the image and it will take you to a 3rd party page named Etsy. It is here that you will be able to enter your details securely and once you have paid for your item you will receive an email along with an order number
